Caitlyn Buff Please

Ok, Cailtlyn just got nerfed in this patch, because oh noes mid game Caitlyn (THE HORROR!) Honestly, why? Her late game seems to be a bit odd as her Q is practically useless, and hyper-carries like Vayne and Jhin will butt-f*ck you. Oh yeah and I heard Vayne is getting a buff right. So please, 200 AD ratio on your Ultimate, is that too much to ask for? Also Q buffs would be nice. Like 10% armor shred or something.
