Frequent lag spikes

Hello everyone, Ever since the Star Guardian patch, I've personally hit some record high pings, and wanted to know if its something i can do, or if it is Riot's servers. Did anyone else experience it? I went from 42 ping constantly, to a whopping 150 ping with up to 900 ping spikes in every game mode, even the practice tool by myself. I've currently done; Contacted my ISP, which i have a ping of 12 with them, Uninstalled everything unnecessary on my computer except League, as that's all I use it for, uninstalled and reinstalled the client in case there was a bug, updated graphics card driver and some more. I was really looking forward to finishing ranked games before the season ended, but now I'd just like to be able to play at all. Please feel free to either post some advice, or similar problems in an attempt to fix it on our end, or to get Riot to fix it on theirs. Thanks!
