Sterak's Gage shield doesn't pop.
I have tested it in practice tool , it doesn't even pop a shield at all ?? don't build sterak's gage and save yourself the pain

How did you take 1800 damage in 5 seconds on practice tool?
If you used the enemy fountain laser, it could've just popped you before you could see anything.
for it to proc you actually have to face something with burst not just one bot that doesn't attack you much even if you are a lower level than it

Tested it using the practice tool.
It worked perfectly fine.
