Ranked Flex Placements.(second placement)

When flex first came out i did the 10 placements and went 7-3. I was put into Silver 3. Thats fine probably where i should be. Then RIOT comes out and says, "We have rolled out a potential fix for the matchmaking issues in Ranked. If you have already placed into a League, you will need to play one additional placement game to determine your new ranking."

OK one more cant be that bad right... so i play another. I won at 20 min to a surrender. Then i am put into Bronze 5........................ WTF RIOT!?!? How does this make any sense? 8-3 puts me in bronze 5? what is the point of these placements if i have to start from the very bottom of the ladder????
