B+ Rank with 14/1/11??!

So, I just played a game a few minutes ago, I got a B+ rank with 14/1/11. I thought I could get my first S Rank, but I got B+...Can someone maybe tell me why I got B+ and what I can do better to get a S Rank? Thanks :)

Kills matter the least. How long was game and how was your CS compared to time (20 min should be 150+ cs,30 min should be 250+ cs, 40 min 350+ cs), your participation in objective taking, your total damage to champions, your vision control, your overall performance.

K looking at your game on history :150 cs in 40 min, thats extremely low, thats why your grade is so low.

Because you probably played an ez mode freelo champ. Everyone else is getting the same score with it so it's not S Rank?

Ranks rate all of your performance, not just your KDA. Damage dealt to champions, towers taken and at what time, wards placed, wards destroyed, map presence, CS rate and totals, etc.

I feel it's a complicated system, but from what I've experienced myself, it's fair. When I play horrible, even if we win I end up with B+ and C+ and I know I deserved that and feel bad I under performed so much.
