Dodging Queues

Does anyone else think that the dodging queues policy is bs. Sometimes there are dumb people who want to troll or try out a new champ in ranked, and to avoid losing and lp you have to dodge. For example, i was in a ranked champ select where the bottom(adc) was going yasuo. I banned yasuo to prevent him from trolling. He them picked syndra and said he was going to go my lane(mid). I had no choice but to dodge to not lose lp. I just realized u have this dumb policy that if u dodged in ranked, you lose 10 lp along with the 10-30 min ban. How is that fair??? If we have to dodge to avoid trollers we should not be punished.
