Riot was looking to make Akali better in LOW ELO and worse in high elo. What are the changes? Huge R nerf. How does a nerf that does nothing but hurt the champion make them better in low elo? If anything, this change will affect low elo even more than high elo because worse players rely on their champ more than their skill.
Yeah Riot's definitely fucking up here.. This R cooldown is way too far and will make her unplayable low elo and slightly worse in high elo. They're still gonna pick her just as much probably.
All of her changes will make no sense until they remove the slow from her Q.
Riot doesnt care and they are making this character even more unplayable. I'm a silver 2, mastery 7 Akali main. Akali is already hard to play in low elos because most of the people that play mid either ban Akali or play a counter to her. They are literally making this champ unplayable.

R cooldown nerf is a high elo nerf because low elo's dunno how to use their ulti's as they come up, or to be more precise they aren't gonna position for a play as the ulti hits 0
The Akali changes confuse me because they said they were gonna revert her kit months ago
