Cho Feral Scream Change Patch 6.20

Oh rito. Why must you do things like this. I don't mean to sound over-critical but at times I truly do wonder if the balance team actually tests their changes. Cho'Gath was a weak champion even before this change and in the patch summary they even made it seem like it was an even trade to gain cdr and range on your W at the cost of silence duration and the queued silence and damage from cast. This isn't even close. I have been playing Cho since season 1. The changes he has undergone over the years have largely been fair and understandable. I really appreciated it when rito changed his Q cast time to a definite timing which made it much easier to time a flash W or flash R. However, I don't think rito respected the true loss of these W changes to his kit. Before you could predict a Yas dash or LB Distortion and guarantee yourself a hit. In all honesty it was the only form of definite play Cho had outside of his ult and made him somewhat decent if played right. Now there is even more counter-play against Cho when there was already a laughable supply of it before 6.20. These changes hurt a champion that already wasn't in a good place. I don't get it. I don't get why they harm champions that aren't doing well to begin with.
