A new champion and a nerf

So first of all I want to nerf tryndameres ult cause it lasts 5 seconds when kayles lasts for 2 I think it should only last for 3 seconds. Anyway the main idea a new Champ, so this champ is shikamaru from Naruto here are the abilities and details.

                                                                  Champion: Shikamaru

Passive: When unseen he does more damage with auto attacks and abilities. Q: Not a skill shot, Shadow comes out of the ground and throws 2 shurikan's at target. W: "Tactical Vest" When active boosts armour and magic resist, also removes CC. E: Throws 5 shurikan in a cone shape, the outside 2 curve in and comes back to Shikamaru. R: "Shadow Possession Jutsu" Traps target in shadow, Target cannot move and Shikamaru throws 2 Shurikan at him Auto Attacks: Throws kunai knives.

Shikamaru would be a AD assassin who would be Jungle Mid or Top
