Well all the champions I play are easy noob champs or are considered broken, are there any champs that are not broken and are not too easy I can play so people don't get on my butt about it? Thanks.

Despite being fairly easy, the only time you'll ever see someone getting on your case for playing her is if they're just salty, in which case you make that person your initial burst target in teamfights because why the hell not? Let's make their day even worse.
Urgot is pretty easy to play top and nobody is gonna call you a noob when playing it unless you suck.
the basic answer to your question is "what champions show up constantly in worlds but havent been nerfed". Orianna is problably the single most powerful champion in the game that hasnt been nerfed for performance in worlds.
