Kalista's ultimate is SO annoying for a soulbound ally that doesn't want it

i was just playing an aram as renekton, and this kalista binds to me, i don't really understand how. i made no choice. i didn't want her to bind to me. i don't want her stealing my kills. i don't want her controlling my champion.

later in the game, i'm about to make a play, clicking furiously, and suddenly i disappear and my camera locks on someplace else?! i'm confused wtf is happening and suddenly i reappear right in the middle of 4 enemies, confused as all heck and get shredded because i don't know wtf is going on. so pissed. SO pissed. you should NOT have given control of a champion to an ally. that was a TERRIBLE choice. neat, fun idea for a duo but when i'm playing solo and don't want some stranger taking control of my champ in the middle of a play, it's not fun at all. it got me killed. for nothing. it's obnoxious. make it so you have to click the knife or something, at least.

Well, technically she can't throw you, you're the one who decides where to go, but if you were about to make a play or something I could see you misclicking. And just being interupted in the middle of things is jarring as well, especially if you, as you say, weren't really given an option to reject her 'contract'.

Although I do remember in the one game I played with a Kalista on my team, I had no idea what was going on when she binded me (I was the support, so I know she'd bind me; I just didn't actually know what was happening.) I'm not sure if I just didn't know what I was doing, but I don't remember getting an option to reject the 'contract' myself. But it was only the one game. So I don't know.
