Also, the reason Brand gets to do so much damage is that is because that is all he has.
He doesn’t get mobility, engage, disengage, escapes, sustain, a single cc that he has to combo to use, so in turn, he gets damage, a lot of damage, if he loses that, he loses any and all reasons to be played, Hell, he rarely sees play now and not even in his normal role where he was designed to be a mid but because of meta shifts, is now delegates to support because he can’t cut it mid anymore.
Meddler is a support-Brand 1-trick main. Of course Rito isn't going to nerf his damage, if anything he's likely to receive buffs. Meanwhile, Sona got kneecapped because 1 Youtuber was "playing" her for views.
