Is it me or is she total garbage and unplayable these days?

she is bordeline OP :/
She's pretty good, you don't even need to buy boots so you can go full AP
She is playable just requires good relexes, timing, and practice.
I thought she was really strong right now
And here I thought everyone thought Cassiopeia was OP, no skill, freelo trash. : ^)
Played vs a Teemo/Cassiopia bot lane a while ago, needless to say she is not weak.
Cass is really strong at the moment it seems. Glad she's rare. There was one that went legendary in one of my games this week or last week, can't really remember.
