Bring the Old Skarner Back {{champion:72}}
I recently went back to League, and after a series of games and such I've began to notice something,
The recent patches and updates to Skarner have...well in a way made it nigh impossible to be good with him or at the very least exceptionally difficult.

Now I'm speaking from a gameplay and...well likeness perspective; before the reworks and nerfs I used to main Skarner.
Why? Because he was cool to me, both gameplay wise and story wise. I liked his ability line-up, how he did things, and especially how he could turn a game around if it goes bad for the team, and unlike every Yasuo or Caitlyn out there he did it fairly.
It may sound a tad biased, and for that I do apologize, but with the recent rework the fun I experienced while playing him has...well fell, and by fell I mean it fell hard.
The Crystal Spires are exhausting to maintain, and outside of them, without his Q's old passive, he's basically helpless. He won't be fast enough to damage enemies and champions unless you go all Attack Speed Skarner and build items like
and
, and even then it's still a very big gamble to win, let alone have a good game without wanting to just sigh and stop playing him all together.
My point being, some of us Riot actually enjoyed the old Skarner, and while I'm not saying remove everything you've put for him now due to the amount of time it'd require for that, at the very least try to add some of his original passives like his Q ramping up attack speed with each successful usage, or how his E just slows, and not slows and then stuns.
I'll hope people from Riot can actually see this, but it'd mean a lot to many Summoners like myself to have our old scorpion back to sting our way to a good win and a good game for us all, instead of relying on yet another
or
to carry and blame us when they don't, or for yet another
to make us all regret playing another match and then laugh at us; it's happened to everyone.
Thank you for reading this, and I also thank you for the time spent looking over this.
