Dynamic Q is a JOKE!

So funny story: I am lvl 23 noob, so I solo queue up in Dynamic Queue Draft. And I end up in a game with these people.

Riot, please explain to me why my low lvl butt was thrown into a game with mostly lvl 30 ranked players??? How is this even possible when I queued up SOLO???? Why is a lvl 23 forced to play vs Plats/golds/silvers?? It's so frustrating to get stomped and waste 20 mins of my life, and I can't even AFK or i get reported and strikes against my account. Basically I have to suffer through the game, having no fun whatsoever. PLEASE bring back the old soloQ system. This new way of doing things is literally killing this game for me and I'm sure many other newcomers. T-T

This has happened to me regularly for my entire leveling process and it's gotten worse and worse, almost EVERY game I have played in the past two weeks has been games like this, with smurfs/boosters. Sometimes I am somehow thrown on the side with the boosters, but more times than not i'm on the receiving end. I don't want to play with them on EITHER side as it just makes the game feel like a complete waste of time. What happened to you Riot? When did you become so clueless?** I am disappoint. **
