New top lane tank strategy I created that I encourage everyone to try

So I have only begun testing this and it seems really good but I am not a top lane main so if a top lane main could test this out and let me know the results that would be much apprcieated So this strategy primarily involves taking teleport and smite and I will be using maokai as an example in this strategy as I have had the best results with him.

So on maokai I take tp smite aswell as unsealed spell book all the other runes don't really matter as much. I start with hunters talisman and 2 health potions I put a point into e and go to raptors so I can hit level 2. I then go back to base sell hunters talisman and go for a Dora's ring in addition you have to wait about 5 seconds as then you will receive a summoner shard for unsealed spell book so you switch your smite into flash. you then teleport into lane with a level advantage. Now you have tp flash but because you started the game with smite you can buy cinder hulk which is one of the most cost effective items you can get. I usually rush it but you can fit it in pretty much anywhere into your build.

TLDR: take unsealed spell book tp smite. start a jungle item, take a jungle camp, base then sell your jungle item for a starter item wait until the game reaches 2 minutes switch smite into flash and build cinderhulk I would appreciate any tweaks or feedback in this strategy
