Sad Shaco days

Shaco is a very weak jungler right now with low base damage and ok scaling. his boxes takes 2 seconds to activate which makes them pointless as an assassin and oddly hard to use in a fight against anything other than a tank or as a tank. his boxes dont proc things that similar spawns or traps proc. like Zyras plants activate electrocute, dark harvest, and arcane comet. if anyone knows y hes balanced that way it would be nice to hear it also y does riot hate ap Shaco
