Ok so I was in champion select and the third person to select their champion was stuck on 0 with their champion. This is happened to me SO MANY TIMES, i want to think this is maybe an issue on my side but i have heard of others complaining about this as well. I have lost so much lp from this bug and its quite frustrating.

FOR JUSTICE1 votesyou might not like to hear this but it is a problem on your side, your computer is having trouble actually connecting to the server, so it appears as if the timer is stopped. your pc is the one that actually disconnected.
it might help to set your internet as a metered connection, so your PC stops all outbound and incoming packets from things that arent in the foreground.
bobyboucher1 voteswait.... some one was stuck at 0 and they didnt lock in (you said their so im assuming its not you) and you think YOU lost lp ? You only loose lp if YOU dodge ... you don't loose anything if some one else does.
Flamingo Tango1 votesThis happened to me before battery swap and when internet company was being a jerkface to me. make sure your settings are on lowest, low spec mode enabled, client closed checkbox, and everything graphics, eyecandy and practice to lowest. something may be throttling. And it's something on your computer or internet's end (tho riot is accountable for not being so nice with low spec mode- coz im sure there are computers which are like my computer before battery swap). If still have issue you ought to report to riot and give them your specs, client may be buggy for your spec of computer
