Riot really needs to fix this!!!

I so tonight I got back from work and wanted to play a few games of ranked. I logged on, queued, and got into a champ select. Once I got in the loading screen it took forever for some reason. My client and internet were working fine but it took more than 5 minutes to actually start loading. And by the time it did, it was too late. Team had already remade and I was hit with a -18 lp deduction. So I was like okay whatever.... Went into another matchmake and everything was fine till the loading screen . Still didn't load till pass 5 minutes and my team had to remake again, which meant I lost another -19 lp and a leave buster for something that wasn't my fault. THANK YOU SO MUCH RIOT! NOT! 37 lp in total lost for no reason and a penalty....
