How i would change anivia

Hey there!

So nerfing anivia that way isnt that good (imo) i mean she will still be the same but with less damage . To fix that issue i think you should change her q+e combo . i thought of making the q having 2 different versions . Instead of hit the q apply chill e and double damage i thought of changing that .

1)Regular q instead of stunning enemies just slows them

2)If you use your e and then your q , your q will stun the target and deal 15% bonus damage

This way the player has to sacrifice damage or cc

(Im silver so this might look bad and dumb to higher elo players but im just saying my thoughts :D )
