Anyone having trouble getting S on Kat?

Ive noticed since her rework it is harder and harder to get an S on Katarina and I was wondering if it is me or something that has been widely noticed? Ive had 13/1/7 games, 14/0/2, 19/6/8, ect. and Im only getting A's or less most games. Just looking for tips or if anyone else if feeling the same way?
