How does the new Phantom Dancer damage reduction passive work?
I stared at it for a while, and just couldnt understand what counted as the attack. Does it heal Some of the damage?

Penns2 votesThink of it that way: basically whatever champ you auto attack is marked and does 12% less damage to you, but you can only mark one champ at once.
