League behind the scenes Manipulation of game
Ok so this is not bs this is fact. I am a math guy... (BIGTIME) i am current on a 11 game losing streak. If people report you for being negative riot will FLAG your char. what does this mean... they chat ban you? INCORRECT. what the do is this.
They know your good you never suck your stats are solid but league does not like you. So the HAVE behind the scenes negative matchmaking. What does this mean? For those of you in silver right now its is a GONG show of horrible players. League sees their movement their lack of skill and knows it made a mistake. SO what the do is match make horrible players with people they "Do Not Like". If you complain about someone feeding or sucking horribly and get reported it lowers your behind the scenes rating. I am not talking about honor. The honor system is BS and we all know it. People ruin games constantly say nothing and get HUGE honor. You call them on it and your honor goes down your neg rating goes down etc.
So you end up with a neg rating and League makes sure you lose. You think its bs.. try it. Put people in their place and tell them. Your feeding your afking your diving. your chasing your not doing vision... get your negative feedback from them and watch how hard your games get. WHY.. your negative behind the scenes rating matches you with trash players. This is leagues DISHONORABLE way of supporting their "STFU" saying nothing is HONOR.
I have said this many times. At league HQ their could be something aweful happening perhaps a League employee is getting beaten to death by an irrate player (not too aweful i know) ... if anyone says anything ... that is DISHONORABLE.
How does this effect the game.

Well for starters. League has INSANE issues with rank placement. The players in silver doing ranked with 0 skill maybe 10 games to their name is a huge problem. They have to lose 50 games to get to Iron at least.. they have to take 4 other players down with them each time. You do the math on that. They are going to quit playing league before they get where they should have been placed.

the Negative rating wont work unless the person stops playing... so here is what i am going to do LEAGUE. I will take your 50 game loss.. (Cause i suck right?) they what happens? ..... i enter a game WAY TO LOW FOR THE CURRENT RANKING.... and i complete ANNHILATE everyone and they quit the game cause ranked is to hard and they suck.

This bshit is on you league and your designers of the ranked system.
Solution? SPEND LESS TIME BANNING PEOPLE. Spend your time cleaning up the rank system. Evaluate a game takes 30 secs. OMG this guy should be in bronze not silver 2. PUT HIM/HER there Immeadiately.
Make EVERY single PLAYER in the GAME start at iron 5. DONT LET THE TRASH OUT. STOP placing people so high.
Use your mastery system. If someone can only play one champ. pool them with other trash players. Higher mastery against higher mastery.
Balance your rank system do something... your game is falling apart in front of your eyes. Its a good game... but the trash in ranked is driving people nuts. your up to a 20% remake....unreal.
Why are people pissed in ranked? Cause their fed up of losing when its not their fault. they say something... You make them lose more when its not their fault... (WOW that sounds like a dishonorable thing to do) In fact if the honor system was turned around on league itself their would be public executions of league employees and apo's to the world going out no doubt.
Change your honor system to "Reward" system. sounds stupid? its not. People take Offense to being called Dishonorable when they call people out for ruining league games. People play like crap cause their ranked to high and cause everyone to lose around them... (That is somehow honorable)
REMOVE the WORD Honor FROM YOUR GAME!
If someone told me . no rewards for you cause you told someone to please stop playing ranked and go play 30 normal games before you try again.... Thats prob good advice! No rewards well spent.
The problem is on you League
Spend the time banning people who play poorly from playing ranked. FORCE them to play regular games. to LEARN.
Whatever. I am the most honorable person in real life. This game... I am one of the most horrible people apparently on the face of the earth.
