I feel like pantheon falls off to hard late game and as you can see by name i want to have a spartan like champion.

This is my crazy idea, I would like pantheons r to be like he pulls out a xiphos (sword) either like jayce with a new set of moves or like jinx(her q). Im aware that pantheon is doing fine and his ult is what makes him him, that is why i suggested the jinx like spell but then he wont have is key harasser and only medium ranged spell. All together with comments ill get in more detail with everything if anything i feel pantheon really needs a visual upgrade he is to bulky just look at his elephant feet lol and some of his skins o my rito i bought Myrmidon Pantheon and from then on i search skins on youtube first ^^.
One more thing i know he isn't extremely in need of a rework i just wanted him to fit more of a spartan figure in league at least a VU ^_^

Whats your opinion on Pantheons state? (I'll love to discuss)

He needs to be more of a bruiser than an assassin. Some inherent tankiness would be helpful. If he will keep his ult, Skyfall/Mandrop's speed should be reduced if he uses it in short ranges.

You can't have an extraordinary early game and continue to have an extraordinary late game. Where he is right now seems okay because if he gets far enough ahead it should last long enough to get a really big advantage late game, where you can close out. If you can't get there then that's one of the trades off for picking panth.

He's fine as he is. He's meant to fall off towards the late game. He has a powerful early game that can snowball hard if you get ahead.
