Is using LVOC bannable?

I have realized that I've become a fan of the Korean VO pack and so, I was wondering if changing the VO pack through the program, "LVOC" would be bannable. I've read up on some posts that using the program has gotten some people banned, but at the same time there have been people that have had no issues with it. It would be nice if I could get a direct answer from someone at Riot that confirms that using the program is fine. Just in the worst case that the ban hammer is brought upon, I could have evidence that Riot allows using the program. If the answer is no, then it is understandable.
