Stormrazor and jhin 4th Shot is bugged

Stromrazor crit overrides the 4th shot crit on jhin , and since the item crit does less damage, means he ends up dealing less damage in his 4th shot.

Plus i noticed some others stuff :

  • Jhin's passive (-25% on Crit) affect's Stormrazors already modified crit. Drops it down to 120%.

  • Jhin's attack speed can only be increase through levels. Stormrazors passive cooldown scales with attack speed and not bonus attack speed. Since Jhin doesn't gain attack speed from bonuses, Stormrazor passive cooldown caps at 1.99 seconds at level 18. Which is good enough, but still.

is this working as intended or it is bugged ?

item 3095 should be a early game item as i understood but on jhin it feels pretty underwhelming to rush it, since you need at least 60% Crit Chances with 2 items ( item 3094 +item 3031 ) for it to be worth it ?

This item is atrocious in its current itteration, it was sort of a good pick on jhin in pbe when it scaled with his bonus attack speed but now it is good on no one except assasins, how ironic.
