Vayne struggles in season 6

I've put most of my adc time into playing Vayne. I found her challenging to learn but also very enjoyable for some reason. A couple patches ago i noticed that i really have a hard time winning games with her. In season 5, if i did things correctly they really paid off and i could carry my team but now i feel like even when i get fed, someone is instakilling me or sometimes the enemy adc is still stronger than me towards late game. My k/d/a is basically highest out of all my champs yet my win loss is almost lowest. I don't even play jinx often but i can win 3-4 games in a row with her. How does she fit into this season? My usual build is something like: botrk->pd->ie/bt->qss. This build used to do tons of dmg but now it just feels lackluster. How to improve?

You're right, found it harder to win at the turn of the season as well. With a lot of the other ADCs, they're built more now to hit hard than hit fast. Especially with the rise of ADCs using Armor shred items, Vayne being on the more squishy side leaves her in an even tougher position. Vayne fits ok, but to get the most out of her you really have to outplay your opponents. Their need of mechanics to get kills on other ADCs is not as high as it is for Vayne. An easy example is seen in Jhin, where all I have to is land one basic attack and I can already snare you. She's more dependent on synergy with her supp early. She still maintains her position as one of the more mobile ADCs, so she can save herself early too

ive been migrating her to my 3 top played top laners shes found her place in bot just to get pushed out its like for alot of champs though esp fighters right now

Why do you build IE on vayne?or bloodthirstier for that matter 0-0 Buy a shiv or a tri-force or something

Vayne scales best with attack speed, not attack damage(though it's helpful)

Season 5 was the season of tanks and vayne was one of the only ADC who could deal with Cinderhulk/thornmail junglers. Season 6 is seeing a lot more emphasis on bursty mages/assassins which are all something vayne struggles with due to her short range. So i see it rather that what counters her is being played more rather than her being weak. This holds true for a lot of champs and is often overlooked. A chamo gets buffed because of poor performace when really the meta was just not favoring the champion then when the meta shifts the champion bursts out into the spolight and people are confused on where they came from.
