Why was myself and 3 teammates FORCED to lose LP?

I would love to know why myself and 3 of my teammates were FORCED to lose LP because we could not remake the game even when we had an afk teammate for the first 10 mins of our game. why could we not remake? why were we FORCED to lose this 4v5? i want my LP back or i want you to fix your shit coding that would not let us remake the game. thank you
