How much faster is leveling to 30 now?

Yeah, they said it'd be faster, to me though it feels about the same. I've gotten up to level 10 pretty fast but then it feels kind of slow after that.

after like level 10-13 you level up as if you were level 35 :/

According to the chart it's not a huge change, and since FWotD now gives XP it's dependent on how many games you play per day.

They say the typical is about 4 games per day which sounds right for a new player and that gets you to 30 in around 15% fewer games.

8 games per day (which is almost 4 hours average which seems like quite a lot for most players) is about the same as before, only faster by 4 games out of 178.

Level 1-30 is indeed faster now. According to a post by Riot Cactopus, in the old system it took on average 178 games to reach level 30. Whereas with the new system:

If you're a typical player who gets FWotD every four games, it'll take 152 games to reach level 30, which is much faster. If you get FWotD every six games, it'll take 166 games. If you're a rare, super-hardcore player who gets a FWotD once every eight games, it'll take you 174 games to level up from 1–30.

Meaning, the only way it could possibly be slower is if you are averaging 9 or more games a day.
