Bronze, riot why

So me and multiple friends are stuck in bronze, the worst out of all of us by far got a few really good teams, and got to high silver, then just took off, had very even games, and got to high gold, and occasionally plat for a bit (before dropping back to gold). He's the worst out of us, and was stuck in bronze, then got out due to insane luck of good teams, then just skyrocketed through gold. There were never insanely bad teams for him.

Elo hell. High elo players say it isn't a thing, well yeah, you're in diamond to challenger, people don't say elo hell is there. My guess on why elo hell is a thing is because bronze is as low as you can get. So in bronze ive seen some INSANE people who should be at least plat, and some absolutely horrible people, who my level 5 friend could have beaten, in the same game. Because bronze is as low as you can get all the people that shouldn't be playing ranked at all are with you, even though you may be way better than them, but its insanely hard to be placed in higher than silver, which is still matched with bronze.

I had a friend who was plat one year not be able to get out of bronze 4 the next because it was constant AFK's (on both teams) and inters etc. I don't know how riot can fix this, but it is insanely annoying.

My friend and i were duoing (normals) for a while, and were bugged out or something, because for over 10 games in a row we never played with/against less than high gold or plat, and there were multiple diamonds, and it was the best league experience I ever had. If you lost you thought, "Wow, that zed really outplayed us there" rather than "Why did we have a AFK janna, a inting Ez jungle, and a ADC who ran into melee range to fight" (my last game).

If riot can make it so you get placed higher than the lowest ranks if you are at least okay, so that you aren't matched with the worst players in league, it would be amazing.

Yes, you are also matched against them, however the thing is, its about 50/50 ive found, someone is going to have an inter, or a AFK, and to get to the next rank, you need to win over 50% of those games. So it took me and my friend 4 promos one time to get him to the next rank, so although you are against the trolls as well, it doesn't matter to much, you will just spend a lot of time at 100 lp.

Your worst friend getting to plat while the rest of your group is stuck at bronze. I'm calling bs on that. He probably played the most and improved the most.

MMR is still a thing.

You can have MMR lower than bronze 5, but you'll still be bronze 5. So technically, you could have bronze 6 or lower MMR to my understanding.

I started in bronze 5, and I climbed because I improved.

link his op.gg.

stomping people or having a good game in bronze means nothing. I've had 10+ KDAs in a D5/D4 games. I'm not suddenly deserving of challenger.

elo hell isnt a thing if you are in bronze you are there for a reason just stop with excuses and understand your bad and need to get better to climb

You could only have 2 braincells and would still be able to climb to Gold. There is no excuse for being stuck in bronze. Ansolutly not a single one. If you are stuck down there then you deserve it, nothing more to say.

Part of the promise with bronze is smurfs. Hi elo players throw games with their smurfs to keep them in bronze. If you get one of these cheaters on your team, you're playing handicapped. Smurfs are one of the worse aspects of LoL.

(now watch the smurfs flame me. Truth hurts.)
