Rakan mastery level interaction with health bar.

Though it is very insignificant, Rakan's health bar blocks most of the mastery level owned on him. I don't know if this is a bug or if it's because his champion model would be blocked by the health bar if lowered but I feel as if there is room to move the health bar down and be able to show the mastery level fully. I hope you take this into consideration, I understand you guys down at Riot HQ have more tasking things to attend to.
