Warlord's rework. On Draven good or bad?

The amount of sustain it can provide certain champions is definitely underrated, especially for champions with AA modifiers (like Draven or Nasus). People just don't like how it works.

"Is it good or bad?" "Yes" I don't think it's bad because it helps in lane sustain and the movement speed is nice, but in combat the 20% lifesteal as your health drops was better for early and mid all ins. Dravens late game is better now than it was, so I think he's still balanced but I'd rather have the old warlords

I love it when he gets energized and heals for 700 with one axe because he has 70% lifesteal.
