just would like to improve myself in game and just wondered if there are some different tricks that high rankers do and I normally play assassins like shaco, twitch and I also play panth and volley I want to become a better player and learn all I can any helpful tips or tricks will be greatly appreciated

I would recommend practicing combos on the champ you're going to be playing and also practicing dodging skill shots. A good indicator of when a skill shot is about to be used are the audio clues. I'm able to dodge Lux, Ez, Ashe, and Jinx's ult with absolutely no problem because they all make some sort of noise right before they ult. This can be used with QWE skill shots too. I would also try out different builds on the champs you use and find out which items are most effective for you A lot of people go online to find builds that other people have used and it doesn't always work out for them. Just because it's good for one person doesn't mean it's good for you too. Just practice with different items until you find a build that you can play effectively with. Good luck!
/mute all helps and all but sometimes your team has something they need to say to you but if you mute them it just ruins that. Rather than muting people right off the bat, just ignore anything stupid they say and don't let it get to you. Turn all chat off though, the other team will only try to tilt you.
You should try to fully understand your champ's play styles and roles in the game too, such as Shaco. Shaco is great for split pushing or assassinating high value targets. If you cant win team fights then just focus on split pushing, save ult to dodge or trick the other guys and use Q the same way. Set up boxes in the lane and jg area around the lane you are split pushing in.
Don't try to get good with a HUGE champ pool yet, focus on your main 3 champs for your 2 main roles for about 6 champs that you can play. When you feel comfortable with those 6 then expand it and keep going until you have a large champ pool that you are both experienced and skilled with. (this tip isn't that important but I found it useful.)
YOU ARE GOING TO LOSE! You can't win every game so don't let a stupid loss make you quit and just move on to the next game. Never surrender because the enemy team can throw at ANY time. Play safe and don't do anything too risky unless you are confident.

You really need to improve your cs (the number of minions you killed). Judging from your abysmal cs in almost every game, it seems like you don't even try to last hit at all. You should try to get 60 - 80 cs after 10 min in every game. Here is a short video explaining the topic
You miiiight wanna stop playing Pantheon for now :P. He is pretty easy to play, but that's also why you need alot of general game knowledge to actually play him well. Or, at least, buy some fuckin boots on him :D. You usually get t1 boots BEFORE you finish your first item and upgrade them before you finish the second one on any champion.

Focus on getting some general game knowledge. Some key words to look up: objectives, pressure, closing out games, last hitting (of course), vision, ganking
Forget about the whole "tips and tricks" thing. Stuff like "five tips to get you out of bronze" are mostly pointless. they imply, that there is some magical easy way to win the game, when there really isn't. Little tricks are only useful, when they are champion specific, like for example using shaco's ultimate to dodge stuff.
Stay positive and never talk back. Once you start arguing with someone you will never see the end of it. If someone is flaming you just ignore them and mute.
