The boards are filled with riot circle jerkers who refuse to acknowledge the problem, and Riot honestly couldn't care less about actual trolls.
If you can't handle getting trolled, go find another game, because after the better part of a decade with nothing done about it, it's not going to change around here.

Presumably, the matchmaking system is what determines this. Unfortunately, a large portion of the boards thinks there's nothing wrong with it, more content to attribute all negative experiences to statistical outliers than to accept the POSSIBILITY that Riot could improve their matchmaking and thus improve your game experience by giving you teammates that aren't completely stupid.
Nothing will be done. As long as those asslickers are around, Riot won't have any incentive to fix it.
