[SUGGESTION] Community System

Hello Summoners :)

I started to read euw and na boards daily few weeks ago and I noticed some people complaining about player behavior. This subject does matter because I consider this to be a huge part of the fun in the game (like all online game). I like League Of Legends gameplay (if you don't consider balancing issues) but less its community...

I start playing LoL few months after its release, I didn't have any issues in these times because most of players were bad at this game, mistakes were easily forgiven. I did after a 2 years break, because I couldn't stand the matchmaking system. And I came back in the game in June this year, I saw the community changed a lot, level of players was higher and people were more demanding, mistakes were punished and I felt more stress than fun in the game. Then I was thinking about how to fix these issues, there are things Riot can do (http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/player-behavior) but there are things we can do as a community.

I think we can have more fun in a game when we play with people who are similar to us or want the same thing. For example, we have so much fun when we play with our friends, it makes LoL experience so much better.

I'll give you another example : Last week-end was a "Party IP week-end", a chat room was created in LoL for people who wanted to group and gain IP together. I joined this chat room and I really enjoyed playing with this community created only for this event.

The chat room size is limited to 200 players maximum, it's a small community, and I think is one of reasons why people were not demanding, they easily accepted to play with people from a lower level. The most important was to fill a group with whoever and play a game.

I had fun with this community because lot of people were in the same state of mind : We didn't care about loosing or if one player is trying one champ or one role for the first time because we all wanted to have a fair amount of IP and having fun.

**Problem I encountered : ** We can't manage the chat room community, so it's impossible, for example, to ban a undesired player (for example a flamer) to have a better game experience.

Solution ? Allow the community to manage itself. We could have tools to create and manage customs communities with a clear purpose, for example : Title : Fun game only Description : You can choose any champion with any build on any role (original/fun meta recommended).

All the members of this community agree to these terms, so when they play together nobody should be bothered and everyone should have fun (I'm naive I know).

Maybe this concept already exists, in this case I googled very bad and I would like to know more about it. I know we could use custom games for this, but possibilities are too restricted in my opinion. If it does not exist, upvote this topic if you are interested please. If this topic have over 100 votes I would seriously consider to create these tools with your help, it would be our tools.

Thank you for your attention. P.S. : Sorry for my bad English, you are free to correct me (I'll edit) :)
