Is twitch required now?

Ummm, so you must be thinking i hate that rat, but in fat, i love him and do play almost with him everytime. Riot has not updated this champion, in like how many, 3 years? That champion spotlight is useless as there are different abilities in the game then the video. So the only possible outcome possible here is to update this champion. he has one of the best attack range and power. Even the items dont suit him. Personally, as a real player of twitch, i know he is one of the best ranged champion. Hope riot updates him and gives a new spotlight.
