Does Juggernaut really need to go?
The new jungle tank item seems fun, but some players need the tenacity Juggernaut provides. I am fairly certain one more item in the game will break anything.

COWmanLord1 votesYou can still get tenacity from merc treads. In most games I play heavy CC teams also have a lot more magic damage so it works out anyways.

But no reason for Juggernaut to stay nonetheless.
