SO, SO tired of your matchmaking
I don't know what your logic is. If you can't balance anything, I guess you play "best of 10" with match balance by giving us 1 game that is total steamroll for us, 5 games where we get steamrolled, and 4 games in the middle to "balance it all out".
I am so sick and tired of seeing things like:
-solo Q, my entire team is all solo Q, level X or bronze or whatever, VS. a 4-man premade with a plat+ carry. Fun, so fun. -solo Q over and over with a "balanced" team of iron/bronze vs. 2+ people high silver/gold. -solo Q, everyone is bronze except enemy team has that one guy sneaking in on platinum to teach his buddies "how to play"
Do you know why this game is toxic? It's because you are absolutely terrible and unconcerned with matchmaking. The games, 49% or more of them, are completely decided in the lobby. But we get to spend 30+ minutes tryharding and being killfarmed so 20% of the population clever enough to outsmart your "ban everything that says stuff we don't like instantly" system can have the time of their life over and over and over and over in games that are only fun for them.
These accounts deserve to be banned. Period. And since there's a lot of logic as to why that's not a thing, then the next best thing is something like being able to quit a game with no punishment after some kind of trigger. What kind of trigger?
-20 kill difference between teams -5 objectives down in 7 minutes -someone AFK for 5minutes -someone on enemy team with 10+ kills in 10 minutes
Basically anything that makes the game a guaranteed-unless-thrown win needs to just be done ASAP. Kill the incentive for these players to ruin games over and over and over and over and over and over.
It's literally like signing up to push papers in the airforce, get on the bus, and find out (a) you're actually in the marines, and (b) you'll be trained to peel potatoes only, but (c) you're going to be put in the most dangerous conflict the world has ever seen against an elite enemy, (d) and you better be happy with it and say nothing or get banned by some software.
All-the-while, everyone flaming everything because everyone is mad because they know what they should be doing at their level of play, but they don't realize they've been duped by your ABSOLUTE BS MATCHMAKING WITH ZERO FIRE ESCAPES.
Fix your fkn game.
