Riot needs to change how dynamic queue deals with popular primary roles

So I had to ask in champ select if I could play my primary role, and thankfully the summoner in it was kind enough to give it to me since it was their secondary. However this shouldn't have to happen, in the past 20 games I've gotten my primary once, which is an absolutely terrible way to set up the queue.

I've a rather simple, and not a ground breaking suggestion to improve this situation and it might even prevent future toxicity. The longer a summoner goes without getting a primary a role, their preference gets weighted more and more, until after x number of games they are guaranteed their role. This way there is a more fair distribution of the roles.

And example would be each consecutive game you go without getting your primary you add 5, until you go 7 games or so which would be the max

I've been told that the role popularity looks like this

mid <- top <- adc <- jungle <- support

and the new champ select tries to form a team of similar elo out of those 5 roles as fast as possible. Sadly, that mainly means that if you put a less popular role (aka support or jungle) as your secondary, you will get it extremely often (I counted 8/9 times support while choosing mid as primary/sup secondary).

If you want to get your main role more often, you can putting something popular as the secondary role. I go mid/top now and I get mid like 2/3 times if not more often. Even when I don't, quite a few people want to trade roles when I offer, so I feel it works fairly well for me now.
