NEED SOMEONE TO EVALUATE THE CHAMPIONS?

Does riot need someone to evaluate the champions, because im fucking done, i cant play league anymore because of unbalanced champions, its so annoying to play league now a days. I get so frustated because everytime i play the enemy team has always a "broken champ" that carries by 1v5 us all killing us with 3 basic attacks like Xin Zhao, or laning agains a Veigar(everybody knows why) or loosing a game that was already won because the other team had a Master Yi that killed 5 people with his Q... I mean its so annoying that i cant have fun playing the game anymore, i play for fun, i dont care about ranks neither any of that things, but its so annoying to play against this champions because you cant do nothing, i mean literally NOTHING... So if riot needs someone to evaluate the champions im here....

Players who carry are those who innately understand their champions and utilize that to their effective advantage against players who simply picked a champion just because it looks good for the team composition.
