If you ff, you lose about 20 lp guaranteed If you don't ff, there is a 90% chance you lose about 20 lp and a 10% chance you gain about 20 lp. Which is better?
Well technically, not FFing = more IP is because one of the factors that lead to higher IP is game length. Not FFing would increase the game length. However, the increase per minute is minimal and the returns are diminishing, so it's not really noticeable unless it's like a 20m game versus like a 60m game. But even then, it wouldn't even be any more than like a 20-50 IP difference maximum.
So it doesn't really matter.
