Swain's passive

Swain. The noxian general with a demon hand. This champion is fun and interesting; however, his passive doesn't match up with his lore.

Let's look at his passive: He takes a literal fragment of someone's soul away from them, while pulling them towards himself. This is a cool ability and in theory, very strong. However, it's weak AP scaling and unconventional tactics make this so much less lore-wise accurate.

My suggestion? Give the ability %health damage (come on it's literally their soul).

The whole point of his passive is to pull enemies out of position while healing himself and increasing the damage on his next ultimate use, not to do even more damage. Literally every ability Swain has already does damage and he's meant to be a somewhat tanky drain-mage similar to Vlad, but exchanging damage and healing for utility. This would be dumb, no.
