The new "Flex Queue" and why it went from a decent addition to the game to absolute trash
Hey all you've all come here probably wondering the same thing that I am. What in the actual f$#k happened to Flex queue?! well unfortunately for everyone that did their promos for flex before riot "Balanced" the mode we got screwed over. BIG TIME. now this might be only a problem that a couple of my buds and i have had but since the "Balance changes" we've all dropped 1-2 divisions. My current state in flex as of now is 16 total games played 12 wins and 4 loses, and when i did my promos the first time i went 9-1 in them and ended up in plat 4 (which in my opinion is pretty fair) now I'm not the best player in the world but I'm certainly not the worst either, but when i logged onto league today and saw that i had to do another game to find be placed in the right div my first reaction was "oh well maybe they just want to stop bronze and silver players from playing with diamonds etc." because lets be real that's not fair in anyway. so i started up my Queue and was sitting there waiting for a game when i get this message from one of my buds;
"and have fun with that extra game, it's going to drop you i was s2 on this account, won my last game, got put in b1 so gl"
now like i said this might be only something occurring for myself and my buds but this is actually just dumb. i spent my time working my ass off in order to win those placement games and its like riot just screwed me over. i honestly don't find this fair in anyway, how can you "Balance" the mode with only 1 game?!?!? if they wanted to balance the mode they could've just waited till the season started and had everyone do their promos again or they just reset our progress and made us do the 10 games again. but the way they did it is just wrong. i really hope they fix Flex otherwise its just gonna be another forgotten game mode that had huge potential. maybe this time riot will listen to community because if they don't then this Queue wont succeed and it'll die just like ascension did. if anyone else has had this issue let me know cause i want to know how many people the extra "Balance game" screwed over.
