Blitzcrank on new map

So, I've been playing blitzcrank forever and never had trouble landing a Q until the new map rolled out.

Am I noticing a slight deviance from the range itself? Its like I have to aim a little lower than where I actually want it to go as to prior and it's messing my game up hard.
