Patch 5.22 support items

I noticed twin shadows active is now moved to frost queens. I probably already know the answer but could I build talisman of ascension and frost queens in the new meta? I always loved pairing the actives together but since they are on these items am I going to have to choose between the two? Cause with ruby sights tone passive I was looking into good support actives for utility. Honestly wanna thinking of Morgana with zhonyas frost queen/talisman with banner of command and zz-rot. Please let me know your opinions about these.
