Captains Boot Enchant Price Reduction

Okay I'm not very good at making posts and I don't really like the new boards but this has been bugging me for a while since Captains is my favorite boot enchant so...

Ever since Riot nerfed the Captain's Boot Enchantment by removing its bonus to minions I've been waiting for them to at least reduce the price to 475gold like all the other boot enchants, but so far no luck. It would be nice if Riot could set the Captains enchant price to 475gold to match the other boot enchantments especially since it's only really used on back line supports or tanks who are usually behind in gold compared to other champions.

Does anyone know if there is a reason for this?

Has this enchantment been overlooked because only tanks and supports tend to buy it, and then rarely at that because of the higher price?

Is this enchant too strong and are there any changes that could be made to Captains Enchant to reduce it to 475 gold and bring it in line with the other boot enchants?

Is Riot possibly looking at removing this boot enchant completely?(this would make me sad)
