So let me ask a couple of questions before I throw in what I was going to originally post.

If attached with her W does she also gain Exp if attached to a Jungler who kills neutral mobs?
Does her Passive also work for neutral mobs? 3.If one and two are possible what is stopping me from attaching to my Jungler and basically making him snowball every game? Because her E heals and give movement speed and her ult roots how do you stop a gank against that on top of the Jungler abilities too?

That's not how jungle exp works. At least not these days. All the exp goes to the killer.

Why are you getting downvoted for asking legitimate questions before you make any assumptions? (Even if those legitimate questions are kind of far fetched)

Why are you getting downvoted for asking legitimate questions at all? The "attached" mechanic on allies is really rare in league of legends, the only other instance I can think of is kalista R, it could mean a lot more than just being untargetable and following position of who you attached to.
