League of legends...it feels like it is getting bigger and better each year and there is always new stuff happening every month. Either new skins, game modes, events, rework, ect. I know people 2 years ago saying they won't play league and now they playing it now so it attracts new people which is good. It is improving a lot tell me what you guys think. Is it getting better or worse?

Right now, despite what people say, Riot is doing an amazing job in keeping the game balanced and fresh with their updates. People saying "muuuh it was better in the past" are nostalgics that hate change because of reasons, sometimes their champ was better back then, maybe they didn't caught up with everyone else, maybe something else.

So, for me, the game keeps getting better and better by the time I age, i really enjoy it, more than let's say, Season 4 and 5.

It's changing. I don't really know what to say about it beyond that. It's not really good or bad, just different.

The ADC changes from 7.3-7.4 were what gave most people the idea that League of Legends is "changing for the worse" and now again, with the broken tank reworks. But it's also easy to miss many of the changes that made League of Legends "change for the better". I guess it's transitioning between both. We'll just have to see what release ultimately tips it in either direction. Personally, I am confident that a company like Riot will ensure that League of Legends lives up to player standards and fix their mistakes along that path.

I'd honestly say its changing for the worse overall.

More champions are unbalanced than before, they removed a lot of good features (Team Builder, Dominion, a client that worked) and some useful items and basically its all "learn 2 pro" with esports teams and plays being basically dumped in our lap nonstop. Jungle gold is down (meaning the jungler ends up feeding my lane or getting fed off my opponent which is beyond annoying) from before and the Team Builder that allowed you to use any champ in any role is gone for the thing it was supposed to fix: Blind pick. Draft mode takes way too long and if somebody leaves its another 5-10+ minute wait. URF was gutted and now only exists as some bastardized "all random" mode where premades with 15 champions (all OP in that mode) can just queue in and destroy everybody. As with the Aatrox update, they aren't listening to anybody or taking their feedback in any consideration and their entire idea on the future of League is "What does Riot want for League" as opposed to "what do the players want for League?" which is best expressed in that forced migration to the new client, which has significantly ruined game after game from the laggy, bug-riddled code they assured us was ready for launch.

They also tend to change champion kits based on pro winrates or "what they feel is best" in how to play a champion, removing a lot of possibilities so I feel creative builds are frowned upon or at worse, prevented by little kit changes. Same two rotating game modes almost every damn week and honestly, most of my friends who got me on here quit over the last two years. For me its not so much as change being bad, but unnecessary change and change for the sake of saying you created change being bad for business.

They have definitely made improvements and definitely have messed some things up. I think overall what you get out of the game is more and kind of makes it exciting to pick up I am sure. But... when you really look at it its the same game they have had for years. So although them making more changes seems nice I wouldn't really say it has made the game play more fun. I hope they continue to add things and try to change for the better, but really wish they would focus on game play and match making.

Normal match making has been bad forever. And ranked has never been great. Their ladder system works for reaching xx rank with xx champ in xx role over hundreds of games. But it doesn't do a good job of having many competitive matches. And that is something I think they should start working on. If going into ranked games actually felt competitive most of the time I think it would make the game a lot more fun. But right now matches can be so 1 sided so often it ruins all the other changes they make. As someone who has played since season 1.... the game looks and feels better but in the end is still the same game at heart. Which is nice, I have always enjoyed it. But have always thought match making could be better more often. And it has stayed the same for years making me reach the point of... "meh... f this game".

Call it what you want... just saying the game is still as toxic as ever and there are still plenty of trolls, afks, one sided stomps. IT doesn't matter how many skins or champions they add if the matches feel like shit so often.
