MEH MEH MEH I PLAY FIORA AND MY JANNA ULT WAS NERFED MEH MEH MEH. listen up buddy, you gotta learn the truth. fiora's ulti is broken as fuck, no bruiser should be able to heal like a support, especially if said move scales ad, if fiora ult duration was 2 seconds, and scaled AP rather than AD and they upped the flat amout abit, THATS when we'd have a nice ulti. I don't wanna have to build item 3085 item 3033 on Draven to counter than shit, and besides, you'll be killing me in half a second anyways so whats the point.

tl;dr the nerfs are important, not as important as > Jayce < THIS %%%GOT but still it makes the game, a wee bit more Playable for adc's
