Thoughts on new GA and resets?

What would you guys think about allowing champs that revolve around resets getting them after "killing" someone with a GA? I been playing with Yi mid (hate meta picks :P) and I just feel like your so boned when you happen to go against a 3 GA team(which isnt all that uncommon now) and a 2 tank team. You really cant enter the fight until someone pops their GA, since your really reliant on kills for your Q reset.
